Comments: I wonder if it's pronounced "wingd" or "wing-ed". A painting based educational film (ala Grain that Built a Hemisphere), from the office of interAmerican affairs, until it breaks into a dwarfs cartoon. If you get malaria, you will not truly be alive according to this. Seven dwarfs. Dump oil on the water to kill them. Is paris green a really dangerous poison? Drain the wetlands.
