Synopsis: Barney wants sleep, squirrel wants food.
Comments: That's a blue print; or is it "blue for night"? I think it's the latter. The squirrel doesn't look like Screwy, but there's something similar in the design. Maybe it's the eye spacing. Walnut foot injury. Multi mouth. Are most Barney cartoons about him trying to sleep? Very slow bed bounce. Using a shotgun on the squirrel in your bed seems disproportionate, but not cartoon disproportionate. Several push in shots. Diamond Walnut gag; now with the other suits of cards. Not much going on here.

ReplyDeleteTrying to sleep is certainly a recurring theme for Barney, but it's not the theme in a majority of cartoons (without checking, I think there are about five with the theme).
