Synopsis: Gandy and Sourpuss blow themselves up, then blow up Hitler and Mussolini.
Comments: Semaphore. I wonder if the Terrytoons will ever catch on to WWII style uniforms. Shell to the chest. Sourpuss on a scooter? Those star shaped stars in the Terry sky. Wait, are they actually dead? The bugs seem to be Germans, as they are heiling. Hitler as a pig. Mussolini as a monkey. Quite a lot of Hitler in this one. Interesting elevator cutaway chase with a running gunfight. Pretty much an A cartoon. Backgrounds are great. They loot some beer before they leave the castle. I don't get the title, unless they are dead after the shell explodes.
